Important announcements
The Administrative Council of the CPVO approves decisions on procedures which may have an implication on how applications for CPVRs are to be treated. These decisions can relate to administrative matters, or to specific aspects of the technical examination for distinctness, uniformity and stability.
These decisions are published as official announcements in the Official Gazette of the CPVO as well as in the present section of the website, and come into effect as from a specified date.
